Final Year Project 1: Medical Device False Alarm Detection Notification via IoT

Date: 06/05/2019 - 10/05/2019 During this week, I need to prepare for my FYP 1 presentation slide. The presentation will be held on 8 May 2019 at Dewan Gemilang.   Here is the final content of my slide:               Some recommendation had been given by my assessors which is Dr Hasmiza and Sir Zulkifli: 1. Focus only on the sound signal when battery problem occur. 2. Variation frequency at least on 3 difference model of syringe pump.

Date: 29/04/2019 - 03/05/2019 A preliminary experiment had done to observe the ability of the sound sensor to capture a sound signal produce by medical equipment. A medical equipment that involve in this experiment is syringe pump (Terumo TE-331) Here is the finding: 1. Error: No syringe pump detected 2. Error: Clamping 3. Error: Battery  According to Terumo TE-331 Service manual, the machine will produce an alarm when abnormality occur as figure below. The output signal frequency and amplitude had been observe.

Date: 22/04/2019 - 26/04/2019 During this week, me and my team had done another survey to collect more data and information regarding our project. The survey had been done at Radibems Sdn Bhd ,Selayang Hospital. There are 10 person (Biomedical Engineer) that involved in this survey. Here is one of the answered survey form: Our visit had conducted by one of Radibems staff, Pn Izzati. She also give us an advice and recommendation regarding this project development. An analysis had being done regarding the project survey.
