The survey had been done at Radibems Sdn Bhd ,Selayang Hospital. There are 10 person (Biomedical Engineer) that involved in this survey. Date: 15/04/2019 - 19/04/2019 The methodology part will explain more details about the project flow and its working process. 1. Method 2. Project Block Diagram Material used:  - Sensor: KY-038 microphone sensor - Micro-controller: Arduino Wemos (Uno) - IoT: ESP8266 Wi-Fi module 3. Project Flow Chart If the sensor detect any presence of sound signal produce by faulty medical device, the process will continue with signal conditioning state to classify the signal captured. The data then process by a micro-controller and sent to end user's smartphone via Wi-Fi system.

Date: 01/04/2019 - 05/04/2019 During this week, me and my team had done a survey regarding our project. The survey was conducted on 4th April 2019 @ 10.00am until 11.30am at Radibems Sdn Bhd UniKL BMI office. Radibems Sdn Bhd is one of the Biomedical Engineering Management Services Company that providing vital cost-effective solutions and reliability in the operations and maintenance  of high technology hospital equipment. 5 person had involved in this survey which all of them are Biomedical Engineer that assigned to do a troubleshooting on component level.
