Week 11: Adding Survey Collection & Analysis

During this week, me and my team had done another survey to collect more data and information regarding our project. The survey had been done at Radibems Sdn Bhd ,Selayang Hospital. There are 10 person (Biomedical Engineer) that involved in this survey.

Our visit had conducted by one of Radibems staff, Pn Izzati. She also give us an advice and recommendation regarding this project development.




An analysis had being done regarding the project survey. Here is the finding:

From the survey, the most equipment that handle by Biomedical Engineer is syringe/infusion pump and patient monitor. In this project, I will focus on syringe pump device as my scope and limitation. The common faulty part that  I will focus on is battery charging board.  I will do a further observation  and study on this part.

Date: 18/03/2019 - 22/03/2019 Date: 19/03/2019 I have done a comparison between Bluetooth system and Wi-Fi.  Based on my project, I decided to use Wi-Fi as the medium of IoT communication because it has less limitation compared to Bluetooth. Week 8: Survey and Finding

Date: 01/04/2019 - 05/04/2019 During this week, me and my team had done a survey regarding our project. The survey was conducted on 4th April 2019 @ 10.00am until 11.30am at Radibems Sdn Bhd UniKL BMI office. Radibems Sdn Bhd is one of the Biomedical Engineering Management Services Company that providing vital cost-effective solutions and reliability in the operations and maintenance  of high technology hospital equipment. 5 person had involved in this survey which all of them are Biomedical Engineer that assigned to do a troubleshooting on component level.
